Glo is the genius behind the must-read website The Blog Abroad. This indispensable travel guide covers her trips around the world. Reading her observations of everything from frenetic festivals to secluded beaches will make you want to pack a bag and head to the airport pronto. Ghida Arnaout

Clinical dietician and global traveler Ghida is another one of our beloved Dubai guests. On top of her globetrotting adventures, she runs a Dubai-based nutrition consultancy. You can stay on top of here she’s headed next by following her on Instagram.

Lauren Carey

Lauren, a travel photographer and former Blueground guest, has used her talents to chronicle her life as an expat in Asia and Europe. Now based in Amsterdam, she has a gift for capturing both wild nature scenes from far-flung locales and spa days and girls’ nights out to inspire women travelers. Regan Cleminson

Digital nomad and content creator Regan is better known as the Venture Travelist. She shares the ups and downs of her larger than life experiences around the world on her Instagram and her website. Blueground was fortunate to host Regan in one of our furnished apartments in Vienna.

Katya Cortes

We can’t get enough of this Mexican solo female traveler and destination expert! Katya Cortes chronicles her world travels on Instagram so that her many fans can keep up with her exploits. Women travelers love her tips on how to see the best of Mexico. She has also stayed with Blueground in Madrid, Paris and Zurich.

Katy Esquivel

Full time content creator Katy Esquivel has done her share of traveling around the world. The popular Instagrammer – you can follow her at @katytravels and @whatthechic – has a huge following, and for good reason. It’s always a surprise to find out where in the world she will pop up next. Katy has also stayed with Blueground in Dubai.

Maartje Hensen

Dutch author and photographer Maartje Hensen has chronicled her world travels for years at the site Once Upon a Journey. In addition to being a queer travel expert, she’s also the creator of the upcoming book The Pride Atlas. You can keep up with Maartje via Instagram.

Vanessa Jimenez

If you’re headed to Texas anytime soon, you’ll definitely want to check out Van’s amazing tips on everything from where to find happy hour specials to tips for women travelers to the best spas in Dallas. Her Instagram is an incredible resource for things to do in the Lone Star State. She also stayed with Blueground in both Barcelona and Madrid!

Elona Karafin

Travel blogger Elona grew up in NYC but she has lived all over the world – including in one of Blueground’s Dubai homes. (Fun fact: Elona is also Fatima AlMattar’s roomie!) Martinique Lewis

Talk about making the world your oyster! Marty is not only a diversity in travel expert, she happens to be the president of the Black Travel Alliance. Marty’s Instagram is a stunning look at her trips around the world. She has also stayed with Blueground in both Hoboken, New Jersey and Vienna, Austria.

Jessica Nabongo

Journalist, motivational speaker and travel consultant Jessica Nabongo knows her way around the industry. In fact, in October 2019, Jessica became the first Black woman to travel to every country in the world! Check out her amazing Instagram account to see where she has been and where she’s headed next!

Shivya Nath

Slow travel expert Shivya Nath is another one of our favorite women changing the face of global travel. Shivya was troubled by the environmental impact of certain well-established tourism practices, and decided to do something about it. She is now devoted to slow travel, which means spending more time in a destination and considering alternate modes of transport when possible. Li-Chi Pan Lin

World traveler Li-Chi Pan’s unique photography style has won her quite a loyal following on Instagram. This fearless adventurer was born in South Africa and spent quite a bit of time living in Sydney before striking out to explore on her own. Her evocative style not only captures the spirit of each place she visits, but makes it easy to imagine yourself there as well!

Annette Richmond

Annette was profoundly disappointed by the lack of fat-inclusive travel marketing, and decided it was high time to do something about it. She started posting about her own adventures on Instagram and quickly amassed a huge following. Annette now runs the Fat Girls Traveling blog, which features content from many diverse voices in the plus-size community.

Brooke Saward

Brooke is the brains behind the insanely popular World of Wanderlust brand. At just 22 years old, this intrepid traveler left Australia to see what the rest of the world has to offer.
