Pocket guide to student housing in Seoul
Seoul is a leading student destination, known for internationally respected universities, advanced technology, vibrant arts, and a rich cultural heritage. It attracts undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as international, Erasmus, and exchange students seeking academically strong and globally connected study environments. Finding housing can be challenging because of limited availability, unfamiliar lease requirements, deposits, and the practical demands of moving from abroad. Fully furnished private student housing in Seoul offers a more reliable way to arrange accommodation, while student apartments in Seoul can provide a ready-to-live-in base from arrival.
Blueground’s properties suit student stays with fully furnished homes, move-in-ready essentials, and flexible lease lengths that can align with academic terms or exchange programmes. Many homes are located with convenient access to universities, public transport, shops, and everyday services, helping students manage commutes and city life. Dedicated study space, high-speed internet, and practical kitchens support coursework, while selected layouts can accommodate students who prefer to share. Clear rental arrangements and included furnishings simplify the search for dependable student apartments in Seoul without requiring tenants to organise a home from overseas.
