As developments around COVID-19 continue to evolve, we want to ensure our community stays safe and well-informed. With this in mind, we want to share the actions we’re taking to help protect guests -- and what you can do to help.
During these times of uncertainty, we are closely monitoring updates from local and global health officials, such as the CDC and the World Health Organization, to ensure company practices and procedures are in line with current guidelines.
Providing comfortable and safe homes for Blueground clients is always a top priority. It is our standard policy to thoroughly clean our apartments before every new guest’s stay. While our focus is to meet the needs of our guests, we want to ensure that our apartments, buildings and their communities are safe. With this in mind, we ask that all guests notify us if they have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or have symptoms outlined by the CDC (fever, cough, shortness of breath).
In addition to these measures, we’re taking every precaution to ensure the welfare of our team during this time. Our employees have been instructed to stay home and contact healthcare professionals if they feel unwell, as well as work remotely in the event that they have been directly exposed to COVID-19.
The health and safety of our guests, employees and partners is our highest priority. Please know that we will be adjusting our procedures as developments take place, and will keep you updated every step of the way.
