Our updated cancellation policy in response to COVID-19

In light of these uncertain times, we have adapted our cancellation policy to suit the flexible needs of our Blueground guests and bookers.

1. We will completely refund any bookings that are cancelled 30 days or more before the designated move-in date.

2. Requests for cancellations filed in the 29 days leading up to move-in will result in 1 month’s worth of credit which can be used for a future booking (with a move-in date on or before 30 April, 2021).
